Who sends the emails?
You do, from your own inbox and your own sending account. Koi Web never sends on your behalf and never holds your sending credentials.
What counts as a defect?
A website that is down or returns an error, one that has not been updated in years, or one that does not work on a phone. If a check is inconclusive, the business is not flagged.
Where do the businesses come from?
Public business data for your niche and area. The list is built only after you approve the brief in writing, and only for your agency.
What does exclusive mean in practice?
One agency per niche per metro area. While you are a client, nobody else gets a list for your niche in your area from us, and we check our register of exclusives before taking on any new agency.
What does the setup cover?
Agreeing your brief in writing, building the first full list for your area, and tuning the drafts with you. The fee is quoted on the call, before you commit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The plan is month to month, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for. The setup fee is non-refundable.
Do you guarantee meetings?
No. You get the list, the website checks and the drafts. Replies and meetings depend on your offer and your follow-up.
